What type of ball flight that I want in a driver facing a stiff flex Regular flex?
You choose based flexible Swing how its parts, not the type of ball flight you want. Here's a guy who says very clearly: http://golf.about.com/cs/tipslessons/a/shaftflex.htm Basically, if you have a fast swing speed, solid Flex can work better. If your swing speed is slower, regular flex would help their units.
