Fairway Wood Set
Difference between fairway woods, hybrids and irons? And good set of beginner clubs?
Besides what is the difference between 3wood, 2hybrid and 2iron. Depending on the brand that you might have a little loft degress or whatever. The reason im asking tries to get instant messaging a game with me. I like the new golf. Im leaning towards the Nike Ignite, said it replaced w 3iron / or a hybrid of Wilson DI 5 hybrid set, which replaces the 4 and 5 irons with hybrids. So Im getting all the iron, driver and putter. I would get one of the biggest clubs, but he knows not what it should be? 3wood, 2iron, 1hybrid? Any idea here? What clubs, besides the 2 I mentioned im looking below 500 GT Adams, or Cleveland pitcher. These in high prices, so I do not know what to do. I want a club that will last a while if I take care of it, we must forgive cuz im new, but still want even a series that I can still play in 2-3 years when I get better? Thus, any debate on the proper set of begging. irons, head or other under $ 400?
My coach told me to ignore the 'long' Irons (up to 5), because they are too difficult to balance with precision for most golfers, even the experienced.
