The New York State, the Court of Appeal reversed the decision on the case of Scott Weaver, on the basis of evidence obtained through the use of a GPS vehicle without a warrant judicial Weaver. The device was in place for 65 days, during which Weaver allegedly committed two acts of theft.
Although this sentence is not at all dependent on information obtained by the monitoring device, Weaver will receive a new trial with GPS testing excluded.
