Painful Blisters plague distance runners. Blisters, as we all know, are caused by friction. Repeated rubbing of damp skin creates more friction skin dry. Reduce moisture and friction, and reduces blisters.
So we all know that to avoid blisters, you need to minimize friction. It begins with the selection of shoes. Shoes should be comfortable with about an inch in width between your toe more long and the tip of the shoe. Remember that often the second toe not your feet!
